Shipping Areas
We offer shipping within Japan and to international destinations.
Please note that shipping may not be available to certain regions or countries.


Shipping Method & Carrier
All orders are securely packaged and shipped by a carrier designated by us (e.g., UPS) within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
After shipment, delivery typically takes approximately 5–10 days, depending on the destination.

Processing Time
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.
Weekends, public holidays, and long holiday periods are excluded.
However, shipment may be delayed due to inventory status, peak seasons, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, product weight, and shipping method.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures, local delivery conditions, natural disasters, carrier incidents, changes in laws or regulations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for delays arising from such causes.

If a shipment is returned or disposed of because the customer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other required charges, we shall have no obligation to issue a refund.

Shipping Notes
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or extended absence, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees, as well as any return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, or other actual expenses incurred.
The risk of loss, theft, or damage to the products shall transfer to the customer upon completion of delivery by the carrier.
For purchases made through Amazon, eBay, or Lazada, the shipping conditions, payment methods, and return or cancellation policies of the respective platform shall take precedence, and we shall not be responsible for any logistics operations, refunds, dispute resolutions, or other actions conducted in accordance with such platform’s rules, decisions, or procedures.
