Refund policy

To ensure a safe and satisfying shopping experience, we accept returns and refunds under the following conditions.


Defective or Incorrect Items
If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will arrange a return or exchange at our expense, provided that we confirm the defect, damage, or incorrect delivery.

If a replacement item is unavailable due to stock limitations, a refund may be issued instead.


Returns or Exchanges Due to Customer Preference
Returns or exchanges due to customer preference (such as change of mind, size mismatch, or ordering errors) are accepted only if:
・The item is unused and in resalable condition, and
・You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
In such cases, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and other governmental charges, as well as any payment processing fees, currency exchange losses, and other actual expenses incurred in connection with the refund, are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Items returned more than 8 days after delivery
・Items that have been used, altered, or modified
・Items that have been damaged, broken, or soiled after delivery
・Items returned without prior contact or approval
・Items returned by a shipping method not designated or approved by us

Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the applicable return conditions.
Please note that depending on the payment method, it may take some time for the refund to be completed.

For purchases made through Amazon, Lazada, or eBay, the return and refund policies of the respective platform shall apply and take precedence, and we shall not be responsible for any refund processing, dispute resolution, account restrictions, or other actions taken in accordance with such platform’s rules, decisions, or procedures.
